How soon are orders dispatched?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 working days of receipt. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

What are the postage costs?

Shipping is handled by DHL at a flat rate of £6.97 for shipments up to 25kg. Please note that oils and large slabs of wax must be shipped separately, and additional postage will apply for items exceeding these weight limits.
